Do I keep my own number?
Yes. Requests go from your own WhatsApp number, which keeps working on your phone as normal.
How long does setup take?
One 15-minute call. We connect your Google profile and WhatsApp with you, and your team photo is sent to Meta for approval automatically.
Will this work with my business?
You can start with a customer CSV. We help configure a supported customer-data workflow during setup; not every booking platform has a direct integration.
Does WhatsApp run automatically?
Yes, once your number is connected through Ranknua, your team photo is uploaded, Meta approves the photo message and sending is enabled. Your number still works on your phone. SMS and email need their own sending setup.
Can I personalise the request?
Customer names fill in automatically. You can customise the message and use your own team photo, or staff photos matched to the customer’s visit.
Can I cancel?
Cancel in Settings → Billing before your trial ends to avoid the first charge. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled, with access through the paid period.
Are reviews or rankings guaranteed?
No. Customers choose whether to leave feedback and what rating to give. Google determines local rankings using multiple signals; more reviews do not guarantee a position.
