Terms of service

1. The service

We send review requests to your customers by SMS, WhatsApp and email, show them a short feedback survey, help you reply to Google reviews and track your local ranking. We do not guarantee any number of reviews or any ranking position.

2. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. During the trial, requests to new customers send as normal and the first 100 past customers (the first wave) are included; the rest of your list unlocks on a paid plan. You can skip the trial at any time by choosing a paid plan, which starts immediately.

3. Plans, billing and cancellation

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in euro. Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
• Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately; the difference is added to or credited against your next bill.
• You can cancel any time. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for and is not renewed. Payments already made are not refunded except where the law requires.
• If a renewal payment fails we will keep the service running while we retry and ask you to update your card. If payment still fails we may end the plan.

4. Your responsibilities

• Only upload customers you have a genuine, recent relationship with, and make sure you are allowed to contact them.
• Do not offer incentives for reviews, write fake reviews or ask only happy customers to review. Every customer can always reach Google from our survey, in line with Google's policies.
• Keep your login safe and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
• Staff photos you upload must be used with that person's permission.

5. Your data

You own your customer data. We process it on your behalf under our Data Processing Agreement, which forms part of these terms. You can delete any customer in the dashboard or request an export by contacting us.

6. Messaging channels

SMS, WhatsApp and email are delivered through third-party providers and are subject to their rules (including Meta's WhatsApp Business policies). We are not responsible for delays or blocks caused by those providers or by recipients' networks.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available at all times but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; we will give 30 days' notice of any price change.

8. Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and we are not liable for loss of profit, reviews, ranking or indirect loss.

9. Ending the agreement

We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service or sends spam. When an account ends we delete its customer data within 30 days unless the law requires us to keep it.
